What we collect

When you join the waitlist or send a retailer inquiry, we collect the details you enter: email address, first or contact name, country, what you ski, business name, website and message. We also record where you came from (for example, the referring site and campaign tags in the link) and the date and time of your submission.

Why we use it

To email you about SkiCinch's launch and early-bird pricing, to respond to wholesale inquiries, and to understand which countries and channels are interested. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider (Netlify) and may be processed by our email service provider. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it in the United States or other countries.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@skicinch.com and we will respond promptly. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.

This site does not set marketing cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
